Shipping policy
All items are dispatched in recycled/reused packaging, where possible, as part of my eco-conscious goals. I always try to dispatch ready-made items within two days of receipt of the order and cleared payment, but on weekends/bank holidays and busy times, it could take up to five working days.
I try to keep everything listed in stock but due to the nature of my business, selling at events and in other stores some items may go out of stock and be made to order. If items are made to order delivery can take around two weeks
I send all packages out with at least 1st class recorded where possible.
I cannot be held responsible for delays that occur after I've passed your package on to the Royal Mail or other courier, or for delays caused by a general disruption in the postal system i.e. strikes, inclement weather etc. But if your item does not arrive when expected please do contact me and I will try and help track it down and sort a replacement or refund if needed.
I am not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the mail handlers or by Customs & Excise nor am I responsible for any additional charges that may be applied by Customs & Excise in your country for the importation of my product.
Delays are possible during the holiday season so please allow extra time for delivery.
