Sales Policy 


The sales contract is between Alicorn Gifts and the “buyer”. 


When you purchase an item through you are entering into a contract with the seller and are committing to paying for the item(s). You and you alone are liable for paying the seller if you commit to buy an item.

Returns Policy

All of my products are sent out to you in perfect condition, however, if you find the goods to be faulty please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and then return the item to me so that I can provide a replacement or full refund. It is best if you obtain a certificate of proof of posting from the Post Office.

If you are not satisfied or change your mind about your item I will happily discuss options with you about a credit/ exchange or refund, less Postage, and Packaging where you change your mind (a full refund for faulty goods). You must inform me by day 14 days after receipt if you no longer want the item and return it within 14 days, unused and unworn, in the original packaging (where possible), and in perfect condition for resale. Please include your order information with your package. It is best you obtain a certificate of proof of posting from the Post Office. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage.

Canceling a transaction.

The buyer must inform the seller if they wish to cancel the order and they must do this in writing (email is sufficient). If the order is cancelled before the item is dispatched a full refund will be sent as soon as the cancellation has been authorised. If the items have already been dispatched please refer to the Returns Policy. 

Return of faulty goods.

All faulty items will be refunded in full on the return of the products. Please see the Return Policy. 

Lost items.

Items are not considered lost for 15 days after the expected delivery date but all efforts will be made to track your item. If the order is deemed lost either a replacement product or a full refund will be issued.
