Shipping policy 

I always try to dispatch ready-made items within two days of receipt of order and cleared payment, but on weekends/bank holidays and busy times it could take up to five working days.
I send all packages out with at least 1st class recorded where possible.
I cannot be held responsible for delays that occur after I've passed your package on to the Royal Mail or other courier, or for delays caused by a general disruption in the postal system i.e. strikes, inclement weather etc. But if your item does not arrive when expected please do contact me and I will try and help track it down.
I am not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the mail handlers or by Customs & Excise nor am I responsible for any additional charges that may be applied by Customs & Excise in your country for the importation of my product.

Delays are possible during the holiday season so please allow extra time for delivery.
